#10: The MIAA launched the MIAA Marketplace via Opendorse, becoming the first DII conference to do so. (link); Commissioner Racy on the opportunity this presents: “This is a huge, huge recruiting opportunity for every one of our programs and every one of our coaches to go out and talk to prospective student-athletes or transfer student-athletes about what the MIAA is doing in NIL and making that available for MIAA student-athletes.” Racy continues on his frustration with the conference’s two FB regional semifinal games being behind the FloSports paywall as they purchased the rights to these two games. #9: Clark Atlanta selects Virgin Islands (NAIA) AD Drew as its new AD. Drew has been the AD at UVI for two years, with past experience at Elizabeth City State. (link)

#8: After leading the Ravens to the NCAA DII Championship title, Franklin Pierce MSOC HC Resendes has been named to the same position at Bryant (DI). (link)

#7: Colorado School of Mines and Adams State will take home the Men’s and Women’s XC National Championships, respectively. This is the Orediggers’ third title since 2015 and ASU’s third consecutive national title. (link)

#6: Seattle Pacific names former Asst. AD/SID Lepse as Interim AD through the end of the academic year, with AD Stava departing for Cal Poly (DI). SPU Vice Provost for Student Formation and Community Engagement Jordan: "Dan brings a great deal of experience about college athletics and specifically for our Falcon athletics program. We know Dan will provide stability and support for the teams and our staff during this time. We are blessed knowing his commitment and experience will provide a strong foundation." (link)

#1: The NCAA is investigating an altercation that broke out on the field at the end of the Ferris State at Grand Valley State FB quarterfinal. NCAA spokesperson Pierce: “The NCAA and the NCAA Division II Football Committee are aware of an incident that happened at the end of the Ferris St.-Grand Valley St. football game. They are currently gathering information and looking into the matter.” (link)
