Winona State University selects MOGL as NIL partner

Through MOGL Monetize™, Universities are Provided Leading NIL Technology to Help with Deal Sourcing, Compliance, and Education

WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University (WSU) has selected MOGL as its exclusive name, image and likeness (NIL) solution. Through MOGL Monetize™, WSU will receive leading digital agency services, compliance technology and education for all of their student-athletes. With MOGL, Winona State can connect their entire network to their student-athletes in one secure ecosystem.

MOGL (pronounced mo-gul) was built to provide equal access and equal opportunity for all NCAA athletes and institutions. This partnership ensures that WSU athletes are connected with thousands of NIL deals and that university administration is provided with technology to monitor automatic disclosures and protect their student-athletes.

"We are excited to partner with MOGL for NIL opportunities for our student athletes as they deserve the chance to work with an industry leader to monetize their NIL and promote their personal brand", said WSU Athletic Director Eric Schoh. "In addition to the national connections MOGL provides Warrior student athletes, we are excited about the way local businesses and our alums across the country can work with our student athletes in the NIL space."

Universities can access a compliance dashboard housing disclosure logs and insights on NIL transaction activity for free. They now also have a secure place to direct their brand partners, local businesses, and alumni to engage with their athletes.

"MOGL is extremely excited to be working with Eric Schoh and the Winona State staff," said MOGL CEO Ayden Syal. "The Winona community is incredibly valuable and passionate about supporting their student-athletes."

Syal continued, "now, their community has the tools to connect to Winona State student-athletes for sponsorship, employment, and other exciting opportunities in one safe and compliant place."

An added benefit for MOGL partners is opt-in access to MOGL Master™, a holistic NIL education course and e-learning curriculum covering key topics such as financial literacy, tax guidance, contract and legal review, and brand building.

MOGL is currently onboarding university partners who are committed to providing equal access and opportunity to NIL deals for all of their student-athletes.
