(Charlottesville, VA & Atlanta, GA) – On March 8, 2022, Cav Futures launched as a collective to help University of Virginia Student-Athletes capitalize on Name, Image and Likeness opportunities with Sponsors and Fans. Today that mission was strengthened with the announcement of a partnership with Fans Meet Idols to bring additional revenue sources through its Fan Engagement platform.
The Atlanta-based company launched an Online SHOP that is featured on the newly designed www.CavFutures.com website, where supporters can purchase branded merchandise with proceeds going toward UVA Athletes. In addition, UVA Athletes will have the option to launch their own storefront on the platform and select from over 200 offerings for Fans to order ranging from Custom Merchandise, Digital Experiences, NFTs and Appearance Bookings.
“This is a terrific partnership for us,” said Executive Director Lo Davis. “It adds more exciting options to our current offerings for student-athletes and is a great complement to existing partnerships we have in place.”
“As NIL continues to take shape, our platform makes generating NIL income from Fans easy and compliant,” said Fans Meet Idols Founder, Steve Kennedy.
