I’M JUST EXTREMELY, REALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT IT. SIERRA DU JACK IS STUDYING TO BECOME AN EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER. I LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN AND I JUST FEEL I’VE NEVER FELT LIKE COMPLETE IN A ROLE LIKE THIS, LIKE I DO. AND IT IT JUST FEELS RIGHT AND I JUST ENJOY IT THOROUGHLY. SCHOOL LEADERS SAY A PARTNERSHIP LIKE THIS IS NEEDED AS THE STATE AND NATION FACE A TEACHER SHORTAGE. THIS PROVIDES THAT PATHWAY TO HELP STUDENTS WHO WANT TO TEACH OR FEEL CALLED TO TEACH TO COMPLETE THEIR EDUCATION AND RECEIVE THEIR LICENSURE QUICKLY ALSO, AND THEN GET ALL THE COURSES THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THAT.
