He will work closely with Cincinnati's ticket office and be a key part of Cincinnati's transition into the Big 12 this summer.

"I'm thrilled and honored to join the University of Cincinnati Athletics staff," Frazier said. "I want to thank Director of Athletics John Cunningham and Deputy AD Anthony Di Fino for bringing me on to this phenomenal athletic department. Cincinnati is positioned for big things in the coming years and it's my goal to help us capitalize on the Bearcats' recent success and imminent growth by bringing a first-class experience to fans at all of our events."

Frazier comes to the Bearcats from Kent State where he served as Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions for the Golden Flashes since 2022. He oversaw all on-field and on-court promotions, sponsor activations, community outreach, ticket sales and fan zone promotions. Under his leadership, KSU increased fan attendance during the 2022 football season resulting in a 59% increase in revenue.

Frazier also coordinated all commercials and advertisements for KSU, including a lucrative partnership with ESPN Cleveland to drive branding and ticket sales for football and basketball. He served as the secondary sport administrator for KSU's track and field program during his tenure.

Prior to joining Kent State, Frazier served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Revenue Generation at the University of New Mexico from 2019 to 2022. He had direct marketing oversight of football and men's basketball with the Lobos, leading all in-game promotions and sponsor activations.

He also helped oversee ticket sales, leading to a substantial increase from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Frazier served as the Department's liaison to the student-spirit organization, ASUNM, leading to an 80 percent increase in attendance at men's basketball games.

Prior to his time with the Lobos, Frazier served as the interim Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing at UT-San Antonio. He was responsible for the football marketing plan in advance of the 2019 season. Prior to his promotion to interim Assistant AD for Marketing, Frazier was the marketing contact for the Roadrunners' women's basketball, baseball and volleyball programs. His volleyball promotional campaign led to UTSA leading Conference USA in volleyball attendance in 2018.

He also has stops at the University of Tulsa and Northern Kentucky University as an athletic marketing coordinator. During his time with the Golden Hurricane and the Norse, he led all in-game promotions for men's and women's basketball and Frazier's marketing plans produced a significant increase in women's basketball attendance.

Frazier has a daughter, Ayana, and is two-time graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
