Scott Brown Named Head Coach of Connecticut College Men's & Women's Squash Programs

NEW LONDON, Conn. – Scott Brown has been named the head coach of the Connecticut College men's and women's squash programs, as announced by Director of Athletics Mo White. 

Brown, a 2019 graduate of Connecticut College, was a captain on the men's squash team and was also a member of the men's tennis team. 

Prior to his appointment at Conn, Brown served as the assistant men's and women's squash coach at Yale University. On top of his duties of teaching the technical aspects of the sport, Brown was responsible for managing alumni relations activities, recruiting, scouting and budget planning.  
 
During his tenure at Yale, Brown coached five Collegiate Squash Association (CSA) All-Americans and helped lead both the men's and women's programs to the semifinals of the CSA National Championships.
 
Prior to his career at Yale, Brown served as the Director of Squash and the Girl's Varsity Tennis Coach at St. George's School in Newport, R.I. where he helped place five student-athletes at the collegiate level.
 
"I am beyond excited to return to my alma mater as head coach for men's and women's squash," said Brown. "I hope to provide students with a well-rounded experience and develop close-knit relationships with my athletes. I'm thrilled to be a part of the squash program during an exciting time when Camel Athletics is experiencing rising success."
