PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Purchase College women's basketball 2022-23 season has been canceled.

Still feeling the impact of COVID-19, the veteran Panther program has seen a drop-off in its recruiting class sizes. Unable to field an adequate roster, the department made the decision to not compete this season.

The focus now is to rebuild.

With first-year (and full time) head coach Stephen Bower recruiting around the clock, the Purchase women's basketball team will be ready for its return to play next season.
