Aaron Ettinger Chosen to Lead Women's Golf Program

SELINSGROVE, PA - Aaron Ettinger has been appointed the new Head Women's Golf Coach at Susquehanna University. He will be in charge of all aspects of the women's golf program, including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating workouts through the athletic department's strength and conditioning program. Ettinger officially assumed duties during the team's trip to the Landmark Conference previews in October 2023, with the plan to have a strong team finish come this spring's conference championships. 

An accomplished golfer in the Susquehanna Valley area, "Coach E" had a decorated high school career on the links at Selinsgrove High School, where he was a two-time district champion and medaled in multiple events. He was voted MVP his senior year. Ettinger is a member of the Women's Golf Coaches Association and possesses a single-digit handicap. 

Ettinger also serves as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Susquehanna, a position he has held since 2019, save the 2021-22 season when he was Head Girls Basketball Coach at Selinsgrove High School. He also was an assistant coach for SU's men's basketball team from 2010 to 2012 and 2015 to 2017, with a turn as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Midd-West High School from 2013 to 2015.

Ettinger earned his B.S in elementary education from Bloomsburg University in 2009, adding a M.Ed. with a specialization in classroom technology from Wilkes University in 2014.
