KENOSHA, Wis. — Hayley Treadway, a four-year veteran of Parkside's Athletics Administration team, has been elevated to the position of Deputy Athletic Director.
 
"I want to sincerely thank Director of Athletics, Adam Schemm for this recognition and promotion," said Treadway. "I'd also like to thank the University leadership for their support. Parkside is a special place, full of really incredible people. I feel truly blessed to work with the team of Coaches, Administrators, and Graduate Assistants we have, in support of our equally fabulous student-athletes.  I look forward to forging ahead, supporting Director Schemm in his vision, as we collectively write the next chapter of Parkside Athletics history."

Treadway played a crucial role over the past four months helping lead Ranger Athletics through the transition period of Athletic Directors.

"Through her commitment, dedication, and ability to get things done, she is a tremendous asset who is more than deserving of this promotion. I look forward to her continued growth and service to Parkside Athletics." 

Treadway has been at Parkside since September 2019. In her role, she is a member of the senior athletics administration and supervises the holistic compliance operations of the athletics department, which includes eligibility certification, financial aid, rules education, and monitoring. 

Treadway provides leadership to the athletic administrative units of Academics, Student-Athlete Success, Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning, and Mental Health Advocacy. She also serves as the Deputy Title IX coordinator for athletics and is the Senior Woman Administrator. As the Senior Woman Administrator, Treadway is a key stakeholder of the GLIAC, serving on multiple governance committees. She also serves on the NCAA Men's Soccer Midwest Regional Advisory Committee. 

Treadway currently has direct oversight of Parkside's men's and women's soccer, wrestling, men's and women's golf, and softball programs. She was also accepted into the NCAA Pathway Program cohort of 2023-24.
