"It's been a privilege to work with the entire WNMU Athletics staff over the past 3 years as a Graduate Assistant" Carrasco said. "Previously working with the staff has enabled me to make a seamless transition to fulltime member of the team, and I look forward to getting to know everyone further and continuing to develop the relationships that I have made over the years."

Carrasco' looks to impact the athletics department with his knowledge in advising and the WNMU campus resource knowledge, where he hopes to create great relationships with the athletes, coaches, faculty, and with the people of Silver City.

"I am honored to be a part of an athletic department who values the importance of making change for better and bringing a refreshing look to WNMU Athletics" Carrasco acknowledges. "My hope is to enhance the ability of each sports academic history and provide a more efficient access for our student-athletes to track their academic progress at WNMU.
