Ramiro has been running the Players First Basketball Organization for 32 years. Their 16U and 17U teams won National Championships at AAU, Hardwood, BCI, Real Deal on the Hill and 258+ other tournament championships. He has also been a National Shooting Coach and has held camps in 47 states in the last 28 years. He is the Director of Operations for NEXT Camp and EGT Live.

Ramiro is a father of 2 and Husband to Cynthia for 6 years. He is a devoted student and teacher of the game of basketball. It has been his complete life's passion and obsession.
