Radosevic Named Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic Communications

FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Martin Radosevic has been tabbed as the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic Communications, Fairmont State Athletic Director Greg Bamberger announced on Wednesday (Nov. 16).
 
Radosevic will oversee the communication strategy for all Fighting Falcons' athletic teams. The Kansas City, Mo. native was last the West Virginia Wesleyan Director of Sports Information.
 
"We are excited about Martin joining our team as an athletic communications professional and as an administrator," Bamberger said. "He brings a wealth of experience from working in the Mountain East Conference and will grow our athletic communications efforts."
 
Prior to serving as the Director of Sports Information at West Virginia Wesleyan, Radosevic completed a graduate assistantship with the WVWC sports information department. Radosevic graduated from Wesleyan with his MBA this past May. 
 
"I have always admired Fairmont State University and the athletic department's commitment to excellence," Radosevic remarked. "I want to thank Greg [Bamberger] and Dr. [Dianna] Phillips for entrusting me with overseeing the Fairmont State athletic communications department. I am appreciative of their support, and I am looking forward to working alongside the athletics administrative team at Fairmont State."
 
While working as a graduate assistant, Radosevic played on the WVWC baseball team and completed his athletic eligibility. Before arriving to West Virginia, Radosevic spent two years at Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. During his time at Baker, Radosevic played on the baseball team and assisted with the Baker sports information department. Radosevic graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports administration in May of 2020.
 
Radosevic is a member of College Sports Communicators and will be responsible for nominating Fairmont State student-athletes for regional and national postseason recognition. Radosevic also serves on the D2SIDA Women's Basketball Atlantic Region Committee and is a voter in the organization's weekly regional poll.
