Advisor - College of Behavioral and Health Sciences Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The College of Behavioral and Health Sciences Advisors will work with students majoring in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Nursing, Health & Human Performance, Human Sciences and Social Work. Advisors will work with students from the point of matriculation to graduation. The primary role of an advisor is to provide educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students. Advisors will monitor student progression and intervene as necessary to ensure students stay on track for graduation. The advisor is responsible for the retention of the students assigned to them and will have regular contact with students to ensure they are aware of available interventions that could help them succeed. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records using internal student tracking software to support the retention strategies and evaluate student progress and satisfaction. Coordinator - Athletics AV Systems Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The position will oversee the football program’s overall video and audio needs. This position will have an emphasis on over-seeing the coaching video needs of the football program. This includes practice and game coverage, film breakdown, video exchange, film library, maintenance and replacement plans for associated software and hardware. This position will also assist with post-production video requests as necessary. This position requires working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Assistant Athletic Trainer Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Assistant Athletic Trainer has primary responsibility to assist with the overall medical and health related care of student athletes participating in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic teams within the University. Essential duties include but are not be limited to: assist in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, physician referral, and medical documentation of all injuries associated with assigned student athletes; communication with coaches, student athletes, parents, staff and physicians within NATA and HIPAA guidelines; maintain and observe all athletic policy and procedures in accordance with NATA regulations and remain certified to perform these duties on a daily basis. The work order system is a critical resource in the Facilities Services Department (FSD). Coordinator - Aquatics Program Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Aquatic Coordinator designs and oversees implementation of all aspects of the Aquatic Program including recruitment, training, scheduling, staffing, and evaluating staff. The EC's participate in recruitment activities such as True Blue Tours and Preview Days to provide information about enrollment and financial aid; and work at the CUSTOMS registration check-in table to assist students to determine if they are eligible for registration waivers/immunization extensions, etc. EC will: calculate bills for students during late registration periods and must have a continuous knowledge base of appropriate tuition and fee rates contingent on the student's status at time of registration; processes course registrations, course additions, course drops, and late registrations, informing students in each of these transactions of the implications of the decisions, and make residency adjustments/determinations. EC's will perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Occasional night and weekend work is required.
