NORTH CANTON, OH: On behalf of Dr. Nathan Cochran, Walsh University has announced the hire of Nicole Stiteler to be the next Head Coach for Men's and Women's Bowling. Stiteler has over ten years of experience in the bowling industry as well as high school and college coaching experience. She has led the bowling teams at Copley High School, Stow-Munroe Falls High School, University of Akron, and most recently served as Assistant Coach for the Walsh Women's Bowling team for the past three seasons. She was apart of the OBC Championship team during the 2021-2022 season when multiple Student Athletes averaged over 180 per game. 

Along with coaching, Stiteler is an Association Manager for the Ohio State USBC. In her role there, she oversees eleven tournaments as well as works with over 5,500 members.

In her time around the sport she has been a member on numerous committees such as tournament rules, legislative and policy, procedures and strategy as well as chairman of youth committees, youth leaders, and scholarships at the local and state level. 

Stiteler mentioned, "I am very excited and honored to continue my coaching career as Head Coach with Walsh University. I can't wait to 'hit the lanes' with the teams this fall and be a positive impact on their lives for the short time I am with them."
