United East Unveils New "Skye" & "Volt" Division Names

LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East has announced its divisional names for the upcoming year. For the 2023-24 academic year, the conference will be split into the Skye and Volt Divisions for eight sponsored sports.

The new divisional names come from the colors in the “United East” logo. Volt Green and Skye Blue (along with North Eastern Blue) make up the three primary colors of the United East mark that was created during a conference rebrand in the summer of 2021.
