MADISON, Wis. – Edgewood College's nationwide search for a new Esports coach has turned up a candidate with lots of potential and skill sets. Director of Athletics Suann Saltzberry has named Paisley Bennett to take over the Esports program.

"Paisley Bennett brings excitement and energy to Esports," said Director of Athletics Suann Saltzberry. "I'm impressed with the knowledge she brings in all facets of an Esports program. Her enthusiasm will serve her well in this coaching position and I look forward to watching her have success."

Bennett brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the Esports coaching position. She served as assistant coach and graphic designer with the Madison College WolfPack Esports program. Bennett also brings experience from the professional realm of Esports, having worked as a home series production assistant and computer engineer and game day graphics editor with the V1BE Squad in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

"I am looking forward to this role as Head Coach/Program Director at Edgewood College and I can't wait to get started," said Bennett. "I am excited to continue the work that Danny (Duchaj) has done up to this point and to continue to grow the program. I would like to thank Joe Hanson at Madison College. If it wasn't for him over the past three years I wouldn't be where I am today, let alone know what Esports is."

Bennett will begin her role immediately and lead the Esports program into their second competitive season in the 2023-24 academic year.
