Cori Bolts Named Baylor Senior Woman Administrator

WACO, Texas -- Cori Bolts, Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Success, has been named Baylor's Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), it was announced on Thursday morning. 
 
The purpose of the SWA designation is to promote meaningful representation of women in the leadership and management of college sports.
 
Bolts, who joined the Baylor Athletics staff in 2018, was promoted to Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Success in March of 2022 after previously serving as Associate Athletics Director for Character Formation. She also has served as the leader of Baylor's Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE). SACE, which consists of two major areas, academic services and character formation, is responsible for the academic welfare and support of Baylor's student-athletes in all 19 varsity sports. 
 
Bolts was elevated to serve as part of Mack Rhoades' Executive Team in May of 2023. Bolts is also the sport-program administrator for Baylor Softball. 
 
Prior to joining the Bears, Bolts spent a year and a half as the Director of Leadership and Education for Women Leaders in College Sports. Prior to joining Women Leaders, Bolts served as the Director of Student-Athlete Development from 2013-2017 at Kansas State after previously serving as the Assistant Director of Student Services at UCF.
