Eric Moore Marketing and Communications Graduate Assistant

The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), an NCAA Division II member conference, is seeking applicants for the position of the Eric Moore Marketing and Communications Graduate Assistant. The CIAA is one of America’s oldest athletic conferences; producing championships annually in the following sports: Men’s and Women’s Cross Country; Volleyball; Football; Men’s and Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track; Men’s and Women’s Basketball; Women’s Bowling; Women’s Tennis; Golf; and Softball. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced, and innovation is encouraged.

CIAA Operations Graduate Assistant
The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), an NCAA Division II member conference, is seeking applicants for the position of Operations Graduate Assistant. The CIAA is one of America’s oldest athletic conferences; producing championships annually in the following sports: Men’s and Women’s Cross Country; Volleyball; Football; Men’s and Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track; Men’s and Women’s Basketball; Women’s Bowling; Women’s Tennis; Golf; and Softball. This assistantship position runs from July 1^st through June 30^th and will assist in the day-to-day operations and championships for the CIAA office. 


CIAA Conference Office Internship
Provides a semester of on-the-job learning experiences for college students with expressed interest in careers in intercollegiate athletics administration. Undergraduate internships are unpaid; however, you will gain hands on experience, travel opportunities and the ability to attend prestigious events. The CIAA offers up to 4 slots to float among the below areas for the term. This allows for exposure and passions to be identified as well as gaining an overall understanding of how athletics administration functions at the conference level. Coordinator for Governance and Compliance
The Coordinator for Governance and Compliance will serve as the initial staff contact for compliance and governance inquiries emanating from the membership to include student-athletes, coaches, parents, and fans. The position will maintain the CIAA/NCAA compliance and governance calendar and deadlines and assist the conference office and membership (when appropriate) in meeting such. The position will be responsible for compliance and governance adverse, educational, and informational communication(s) across the membership, as well as monitoring the digital and social media content appearing on all relevant outlets for adherence to CIAA and NCAA guidelines & policies. The position will assist in managing championship compliance components as directed by governance and compliance supervisor, and manage all compliance related media assets, including digital, video and photography.
