Binghamton University baseball to expand alcohol sales

Beer and wine offerings at home baseball games no longer restricted to select access areas

VESTAL, NY – Binghamton University Athletics has announced the expansion of alcohol sales to the general public at home baseball games. Previously, alcohol sales were restricted to suites and lounge areas, but will now be available for purchase by the general public inside the Baseball Complex.

Binghamton Athletics has been continuously looking for ways to provide additional amenities to fans and to improve the game day experience. Through fan feedback and in concert with our Binghamton University Dining Services team, alcohol sales will begin for baseball at the next home game, a 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 25 home contest against Siena and continue throughout the 2023 regular season and postseason.

"Today we take another step towards enhancing our game day experience" said Deputy Director of Athletics and Chief Development Officer Ze Zeon. "Our fans have been asking for this expansion for years. After careful consideration, we are excited about the added enhancement to our game day experience while still maintaining and promoting a family-friendly environment."

For tickets to any of our upcoming home contests, please visit bubearcats.com/tickets or contact the Events Center Ticket Office by phone at 607-.777-.BTIX (2849) or in person during normal hours of operation from noon to 4:30 p.m.
