George Washington Partners with Collegiate Sports Connect

George Washington is the latest DI institution to subscribe to Talent Finder from College Sports Connect, joining more than 50 other partners who are utilizing this essential resource to help identify and recruit the perfect fit for administrative job openings. 

Talent Finder provides users with a comprehensive view of the entire collegiate athletics administrative workforce – now with more than 22,000 individual profiles, growing every day and unmatched by anything else in the industry. 

Through this partnership, George Washington Athletics staff will now be able to expand their candidate pools for every administrative job search by identifying the passive job seekers who are open to being recruited, but are not actively applying – a population that comprises more than 70% of the overall talent market. 

Since its launch in December 2021, College Sports Connect has become the premier marketplace for administrative talent in collegiate athletics. With the introduction of Connect 2.0 in 2024, the platform expanded to include comprehensive profiles for every NCAA Division I athletics administrator and support staff member. This enhanced buildout delivers unmatched access to detailed candidate information, current salary data, and advanced search capabilities, empowering partners to navigate the talent marketplace with precision and make well-informed hiring decisions.
