BGSU Athletics Announces Fan Communication Enhancement with VOZZI

Athletics department launches a new way to enhance communications with Falcon Nation
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – To build a more efficient communications process with fans, Bowling Green State University Athletics has reached an agreement with VOZZI, a unique SMS platform. This multifaceted platform allows for mass texting, one-to-one texting with the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office and Falcon Club and provides the option for in-game engagement with fans.
The partnership with VOZZI aligns with BGSU Athletics effort to re-build our fan communication and engagement program.
"One important opportunity we have in the Bowling Green Athletics Department is to improve the quality of communications and the tools we use to engage supporters, fans and followers," said BGSU Director of Athletics & Recreation Derek van der Merwe. "The quality and intentionality of our communication must help our consumers to obtain the desired and needed information to support decision making in a timely manner. We are continuing to evaluate products, tools and strategies that can support and enhance our communications. VOZZI is one of those tools. We hope this product will help to enhance your engagement with our department and help you to connect with our many events and competitions in a more meaningful way."
