Based on qualifications, the Isenberg School of Management is hiring an Academic Advisor and/or a Senior Academic Advisor. The position works closely with other advising personnel to ensure high quality advising and academic services for all students, with particular emphasis on programmatic needs for first-year, transfer, and at-risk students and uses computer-based registration and academic records technology, such as SPIRE and Educational Advisory Board (EAB).
Director for the Strategic Advancement of Equity & Campus Climate (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the Deputy Chief Officer for Equity and Inclusion, the Director for the Strategic Advancement of Equity and Campus Climate will support the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) in monitoring, assessing, and improving campus climate. This position is responsible for co-managing, triaging, and following up on climate and bias incidents, providing consultation to areas after incidents, supporting campus leaders for continuous climate improvement, and supporting OEI in collecting climate-related data.
Communications Manager - Family Forest Research Center UMass Amherst

Research & Development Associate – Native Presence Project (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Reporting to the Senior Director of Diversity Communications and Events, the Research and Development Associate will develop, collect, and compile content for the Summer 2025 Launch of the UMass Native Presence website. The content will include oral history of current and former University community members, as well as archival research of library and relevant departmental collections. The Research and Development Associate will also collaborate with the UMass Native Advisory Council to identify Native personnel and resources and liaise with relevant campus partners as necessary.
Clerk IV (Box Office Senior Teller) UMass Amherst
Under the supervision of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Senior Teller executes Teller operations at the Fine Arts Center Box Office, including assisting customer with ticket purchases for performances and events, and supervising the student staff of the Box Office. The Senior Teller resolves concerns and ensures customer satisfaction while upholding the policies and procedures of the Box Office.
Clinical Registered Nurse UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager, in collaboration with other health care providers, is responsible for the triage, assessment and patient care of illness, injury and general health concerns for all patients using University Health Services (UHS).
