Wasserman acquires NFL player rep firm Caric Sports Management

Steve Caric, an NFL agent who founded the Las Vegas-based agency in ’09, will join Wasserman as SVP/FootballWasserman

Wasserman has acquired NFL player representation firm Caric Sports Management, a move that bolsters its already large American football practice. Financial terms were not disclosed. Steve Caric, an NFL agent who founded the Las Vegas-based agency in 2009, will join Wasserman as SVP/Football. NFL agent Molly McManimie will also join Wasserman as Dir of Football. Both will continue to work out of Las Vegas. CSM’s clients, who will now become Wasserman clients, include Cardinals TE Zach Ertz, Texans TE Dalton Schultz, Bears LB T.J. Edwards, Bengals LB Logan Wilson, Broncos TE Greg Dulcich, Colts TE Jelani Woods, Falcons C Drew Dalman, Falcons WR Mack Hollins and Raiders TE Austin Hooper. Additionally, CSM had represented USWNT MF Julie Ertz, and she will become a client of Wasserman’s women’s soccer division. Wasserman’s existing NFL clients include 49ers DE Arik Armstead, Packers DT Kenny Clark, Browns WR Amari Cooper, Raiders DE Maxx Crosby, Saints DE Cameron Jordan, free agent CB Marcus Peters, Jaguars OT Cam Robinson, Seahawks QB Geno Smith, and Panthers LB Shaq Thompson.
