LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University Director of Athletics James Downer has been appointed to the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Committee effective September 1, 2023.
 
This will be Downer's first work on a committee at the NCAA level, and he will serve a four-year term on the Women's Soccer Committee.
 
Downer is finishing up his third year as the Director of Athletics in Loretto after being named to the post in July 2020.
