TROY, Ala. – Troy Baseball set several records this year, including having the highest revenue-producing season in season ticket and single-game ticket sales. Despite Riddle-Pace Field undergoing renovations throughout the 2023 season, 56,474 fans packed the stadium over the course of the season, the 41st most in the country.

Troy (38-18) enters this week's Sun Belt Conference Tournament with its most wins since 2018 when the Trojans qualified for the NCAA Athens Regional as an at-large selection. Additionally, this season marks the highest-attended season in which a Power 5 opponent did not visit Riddle-Pace Field and stands as the second highest-attended season in program history.

"We are extremely thankful for the tremendous support our fans have shown throughout this season to our incredible baseball program," Director of Athletics Brent Jones said. "The commitment our university administration has made to transform Riddle-Pace Field into the crown jewel of the Sun Belt is evident, and our fans have been able to see the progress throughout this record-breaking season."

The Trojans closed out the regular season in front of the 11th largest crowd in program history as 2,456 fans packed the stands for this past Saturday's contest against App State as the Troy Baseball program honored 10 senior members of the program prior to their final home game.

"Our players are extremely grateful for the electric atmosphere that Trojan Nation brought to Riddle-Pace Field throughout the 2023 season," head coach Skylar Meade said. "Their passion and energy made a difference throughout the regular season and are a huge reason why we had such an incredible record at home. We appreciate all the support from our fans and cannot wait to finish the season strong with our fans by our side."

Troy opens play in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament on Wednesday at 9 a.m. against No. 6 App State.
