Here's how much Xavier athletes have made from NIL so far

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Xavier University student-athletes have reaped the rewards of the relatively new name, image and likeness opportunities to make money.

Musketeers student-athletes have benefited financially from endorsements, sponsorships, apparel sales and instructing at camps.

About half of Xavier’s student-athletes – 150 to 160 of the 330 total – have participated in NIL opportunities, Xavier athletic director Greg Christopher told me in a recent interview. Those athletes have made a combined $1 million through NIL since it became legal July 1, 2021.
