FEVO launches AI beta for social commerce, ticketing platform

FEVO has launched an AI beta for its social commerce and ticketing platform that is used by hundreds of teams and properties across the sports industry. FEVO, which was founded in 2016, will roll out its AI beta in a phased way, beginning this summer. FEVO’s Product Advisory Board -- a private and select list of its most innovative clients -- will be able to sign up for the beta prior to general release. FEVO trained its own AI model off the recently released ChatGPT 4.0, which was created by OpenAI and has an open-sourced API. That allows companies, like FEVO, to build off ChatGPT's capabilities. The AI toolkit will live within FEVO’s backend. The AI toolkit will leverage groundbreaking large language models (LLMs) to enhance FEVO’s enterprise platform for merchants, providing sellers and marketers with new efficiency at every step of the conversion funnel, from segmenting audiences to deploying new sales campaigns. Generative AI uses machine learning to analyze large amounts of data, then turn that data into new ideas, solutions, and content. In the new toolkit, generative AI will be put to work in three key ways for FEVO customers: the automation of workflows and offer creation; productivity tools to give sellers and marketers more time for other more important tasks; and automation of campaign management.
