CUC Athletics Announces Hiring of Head STUNT Coach: Eleese "Cheetah" Farrar

RIVER FOREST, ILL. — Announcing the hiring of the new Cheer and STUNT Head Coach, Concordia University Chicago (CUC) Athletics welcomes Eleese "Cheetah" Farrar to the staff full time.

With over 10 years of experiences, Farrar has made a name in the All-Star and collegiate coaching circuit. At Technique Gems, Farrar was an All-Star Cheer Program Director from 2012 to 2021. In her time there, she instructed cheer and tumbling classes for athletes, ages three and up. Some of her most notable success came from analyzing programming and implementing the best possible practices for her athletes. She also ensured programs and services for over 100 participants by planning and executing multiple events. In her other coaching roles, Farrar has driven teams to city, regional and national championship titles. Her range of skill development goes from beginner to elite on the athletes she has worked with.

"We are very excited to have Cheetah join our staff full time," Associate Director of Athletics, Janet Wolbert said. "She has been a significant and integral influence on the program so far in her time here. We are excited to see where the CUC STUNT program progresses under her leadership".

As a former competitive cheerleader, Farrar competed at Lewis University on the All-Girl squad for four years. The elite level gymnast was able to assist the team to a first runner up finish at the NCA Nationals. She has also spent her time coaching and assisting at the high school, All-Star, and collegiate levels.

With a drive to help young athletes reach their true vocation, Farrar has worked in many similar fields. This included assisting young workers to find jobs in their community.

A Lewis University graduate, Farrar achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in 2011.
