JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - TicketSmarter and Lincoln University have signed an agreement to make TicketSmarter the official ticket resale marketplace partner of the Blue Tigers. The partnership will provide Blue Tiger fans with a secure, trusted platform to buy and sell tickets for events in the Jefferson City area.
