Boise State University invites interested applicants for the position of NCAA Compliance Graduate Assistant. The successful applicant will become part of our team as we build a Metropolitan Research University of Distinction. The individual in this position will assist monitoring the procedures of NCAA Compliance for the Athletic Department.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Be a part of the Athletic Department Compliance Office to maintain NCAA, Conference and Boise State rules and regulations.
- Participate and assist in various NCAA rules education initiatives and curriculum.
- Monitor and maintain team and student-athlete files, compliance web page, social media sites, etc.
- This position will be required to work nights and weekends.
At a minimum, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive platforms
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues
- Experience within an intercollegiate compliance office
Salary and Benefits:
- Position is a 2 year appointment
- Salary will be paid as a biweekly stipend and will include primary medical insurance.
- Graduate school and fees will be paid for the 2-year Master of Athletic Leadership program while maintaining completion of degree requirements

- Finalist must attend classes starting June, 2024.
