Las Vegas, New Mexico- Amanda Evans has been named the head women's soccer coach at New Mexico Highlands University. The announcement was made today by Shanna Halalilo and Jim Deisler Co-Athletic Directors at NMHU.

Amanda comes to Highlands after spending the last 6 seasons at Mary Baldwin University. Prior to her MBU, she was the head coach of Compton College from 2014-2018, and the head coach of Northland college from 2011-2013. Amanda also started the Women's Soccer program at Salt Lake Community College in 2009. Coach Evans is a nationally recognized Soccer coach who has presented at the United Soccer Convention twice, and is the co-founder of #MomsWhoCoach group.
