Connect Partners with Dartmouth

RALEIGH – Collegiate Sports Connect, Inc. (Connect) announced today a partnership with Dartmouth College Athletics.
Connect's first institutional partner in the Ivy League, Dartmouth joins more than 30 other institutional partners covering all levels of Division I. Since launch, the Connect community has grown to nearly 8,000 administrators.
As a search client, the University will be able to boost its talent networking, identification, recruitment, and acquisition processes with access to Connect’s comprehensive professional intercollegiate athletics personnel database, search functionality, and recruitment tools.
"Dartmouth Athletics and Recreation’s aim is to work and win as a team – and finding our next great teammate is essential. Collegiate Sports Connect’s depth and breadth of diverse and exceptional candidates has sharpened our search process. Simply put, this innovative platform is a game changer for our industry.”

Using Connect, Dartmouth recently announced the hire of a new Executive Associate AD for Administration, Taurian Houston. Specifically, the College identified Houston as a potential candidate on Connect based on his experience working for the institution as a compliance specialist early in his career. Rather than solely rely on applications, institutions can efficiently identify talented professionals within the much larger passive job-seeking market and try to recruit them for their vacancies.

College athletics administrators can sign up for Connect and build their candidate profile HERE. Athletics departments interested in becoming a Connect client should contact Connect’s Sr. Director of Sales, Zoe Connell (Zoe@csconnect.live).
“Not only does Connect give you the opportunity to control your professional profile and present yourself to prospective employers how you want, but by joining the Connect community you will also have access to exclusive industry-specific content created by the D1.ticker and other first-of-its-kind coverage around our industry.” said Co-Founder and President Drew Turner. “Our goal is to have every Division 1 institution as a search client by 2023. My message to our industry and the professionals who work in it is to sign up for a profile and take advantage of this wonderful resource.”
