Kenna Millhouse Named First STUNT Head Coach in Program History

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- Lake Erie College Athletics announced today that Kenna Millhouse has been named the head coach for STUNT, the first in program history.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kenna Millhouse as the head coach of our new STUNT team at Lake Erie College," said Molly Hoffman, Executive Director of Athletics. "Kenna brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the sport that will inspire our athletes and elevate our program. This initiative aligns with our commitment to providing diverse athletic opportunities for our students and fostering a competitive spirit on campus. We look forward to seeing the STUNT team thrive under her leadership as we embark on this exciting journey together."

Kenna comes to Lake Erie after a successful three-year STUNT career at Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA). Prior to her time there, she started her academic and athletic journey at Concordia University, Nebraska where she competed on the coed competitive cheer team for a year.

"Thank you, LEC for bringing me on as the first STUNT coach," said Kenna. "I am excited to take on the challenge of building a program from the ground up. I played STUNT at Concordia University Ann Arbor and my first season was their first real competitive year so I know what it's like being on a new team. With STUNT being the fastest-growing women's sport right now, there is a lot of opportunity. I am grateful to be a part of these early years. I look forward to connecting with athletes of all different backgrounds. STUNT is an inclusive sport that allows for a lot of diverse talent. These first few years will be about setting a culture and building a reputation."

Kenna, originally from Montana, graduated from Twin Bridges High School and participated in sideline cheer.

She graduated in 2023 from CUAA with a BS in Marketing and Behavioral Science and a minor in Biology. She began pursuing her Masters of Business Administartion during her last year at CUAA where she was a sports information graduate assistant while also competing in STUNT. She is set to graduate in December 2024.
