Jessup Athletics Unveils New Brand and Nike Partnership

Jessup Athletics will transition to navy as its primary color, along with a redesigned logo; All athletics facilities will be updated with new colors and branding

ROCKLIN, Calif. – Complementing the upcoming transition to NCAA Division II, Jessup Athletics announces the launch of a new brand and partnership with Nike. The update entails an improved logo and color scheme consistent with university-wide branding, while the partnership with Nike brings a change to all athletics uniforms and apparel moving forward.
 
The new logo is a modern take on the rich history of Jessup University, as the athletic department adds a new energetic aesthetic to pair with the upcoming jump to NCAA Division II and the PacWest Conference.
 
Vice President of Athletics Lance Von Vogt said of the rebrand, "Our new logo is bolder, cleaner, and represents where we are headed in the NCAA and the PacWest Conference. Couple that with a five-year agreement expanding our long-standing partnership with Nike from camps into apparel for all our teams."
 
The partnership with Nike will officially go into place at the start of the 2024-25 academic year, as all new uniforms and apparel issued by Jessup will include the world-famous Nike swoosh.
 
On that Nike partnership, Von Vogt expanded his thoughts by adding, "Nike is the leader in competitive sports apparel and shoes, and it is great to know that our student-athletes will be outfitted with the best while they compete in their Jessup Blue. Instrumental in the development of our expanded Nike partnership is BSN, our longtime equipment and apparel distributor, with whom we've extended our partnership for an additional five years."
 
In recent years, Jessup University underwent a rebrand of the 85-year-old institution, revealing navy blue as the primary color, while a brighter blue was added as the university's new accent. Jessup Athletics will follow suit, allowing for more synergy across campus. "This is the perfect time for us to refresh our Jessup Athletics brand and create alignment with the university's brand," added Von Vogt.
 
The synergy will also be showcased with Jessup's new conference, the PacWest, as the conference allows its members to use their respective colors when displaying the conference logo.
 
Fans wanting to see a sneak peek of the new branding can do so by attending one of Jessup Softball's home games at Foskett Regional Park in Lincoln. As part of a new partnership with the city of Lincoln, the Warriors wrapped the field in Jessup Athletics colors and branding, utilizing the new brand to complete the project.
 
Future updates will be coming to all Jessup Athletics facilities, including a complete remodel of Warrior Arena from the court to the bleachers.
