Director Athletic Compliance

Education & Experience:

• Masters degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred. 
• Minimum two years full-time experience working in college athletic compliance. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills required. 
• Demonstrated understanding of the NCAA, including its processing infractions, NCAA governance, and legislative actions/issues.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex NCAA regulations and effectively communicate those concepts to a wide array of constituents.
• Experience in public presentations – both virtually and in person.
• Focus on serving constituents – particularly coaches and student-athletes seeking counsel.
• Established a growth mindset and willingness to continually learn.
• Skilled collaborator with a “team-first” approach.
• Solution oriented - Problem-solving mentality as opposed to merely problem spotting.
