QUINCY, Ill. – Quincy University Director of Athletics announced on Friday, January 27th that men's and women's head bowling coach Nicholas Bohanan will resign from his post upon the completion of the 2022-2023 season.

Bohanan began his Quincy coaching stint in October of 2019 as the first bowling coach in school history. He came to the Hawks after serving 3 seasons as a bowling coach at the Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited.

"I would like to thank Quincy University, President Dr. McGee and Athletic Director Josh Rabe for the opportunity to start the bowling program," said Nicholas Bohanan. "It has been a pleasure to work with everyone at the university. I am grateful for the relationships that have been created with each member of the team as well as the Casino Lanes family. I will miss them greatly and wish them all the best of luck."

"On behalf of Quincy University, I would like to thank Nick for his hard work and dedication during his tenure at Quincy University," said Rabe. "He worked tirelessly to start and maintain two programs from scratch.  We wish Nick good luck on his next endeavor and look forward to the future of QU Bowling."
