KAITLYN MCKITTRICK JOINS BOWLSBY SPORTS ADVISORS
DALLAS, TX January 8, 2024 – Bowlsby Sports Advisors, a leading sports consultancy firm, today announced that Kaitlyn (Kaity) McKittrick has joined the company as Vice President, which is led by Founder and President, Kyle Bowlsby.
Kaity joins Bowlsby Sports Advisors after 15 years at Lafayette College, one of the top academic athletic departments in the country. Kaity spent the last six years as the Deputy Athletics Director serving as chief operating officer for the 23-sport program. “I’m excited to join Bowlsby Sports Advisors and to work closely with Kyle. The landscape of college athletics is continually changing and I’m looking forward to partnering with institutions to build strong leadership teams that impact the student experience, as well as analyzing challenges and formulating solutions to today’s issues.”
At Lafayette, Kaity earned a reputation as a leader and relationship builder both within the department, on campus and in the Patriot League. Kaity was charged with overseeing fundraising, human resources, facilities and events, the business office and NCAA compliance throughout her time. She was instrumental in the launch of the Oaks Leadership Academy, contracting with a sports psychologist and developing a department strategic plan to impact the experience of over 500 student-athletes on a regular basis. In addition, Kaity was the administrator for 15 of the 23 sport programs over the course of her time at Lafayette, including football and men's and women’s basketball.

Kaity has served on both Patriot League and NCAA national committees. Most notably, Kaity chaired the Committee for Legislative Relief for two years, while the committee and national leaders initially grappled with the one-time transfer rule. She then served on the NCAA committee that ultimately recommended the elimination of that rule and development of the transfer portal. In addition, Kaity was previously the SWA Chair for the Patriot League and participated as a member of the search committee for the Patriot League Commissioner in 2015.
Kaity is a graduate of Moravian College (B.A. History) in 2004 and completed her Masters in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University in 2005. An active member of Women Leaders in Sports, Kaity has completed each level of executive training from Women Leaders and completed the NCAA Pathways Program in 2013. Kaity resides in Center Valley, PA with her husband, Matt, and two daughters, Cameryn and Caroline.
