GREENVILLE, Pa. – Director of Athletics Jason Fautas announced Monday the removal of the interim tag from Anthony Kobak and named him Thiel College's men's and women's tennis head coach.

Kobak led the women's team this fall, including a 6-3 senior day win over Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) opponent Waynesburg University.

Kobak has extensive club tennis experience and is a Certified Tennis Professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA).

"We are happy with how Anthony has handled the coaching transition for our tennis programs," Fautas said. "We are excited for what he can bring to both programs, and we look forward to working with him to strengthen the student-athlete experience."

In the offseason, Kobak will serve as the Director of Racquet Sports at Trumbull Country Club in Warren, Ohio.
