Teamworks will double in size with the acquisition of four technologies: human performance optimization platform Smartabase, collegiate academics and athlete development platform Retain, and collegiate athletic alumni engagement platforms Grafted and NextPlay that will be consolidated and rebranded to Teamworks Communities.
